Wilsonkaki offer free worldwide shipping on orders above USD300, all orders are shipped DDU. We try to ship all orders within 3 working days, except the make to order item(s).

Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.
Return Policy
You may return within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus shipping cost, on the condition that the item(s) is unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Sales item(s) are non-refundable. We only accept return for the fault item(s), not for change of minds.
To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at info@wilsonkaki.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. We will refund you within 14 days from when we receive your return and we will notify you by email. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. You can either ship yourself directly or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be claimed according to conditions.
